We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $450 delivered within Australia.

Delivery Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the items in your order and your delivery location.
We partner with trusted carriers across Australia to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery options.

To view your shipping fee:

  1. Add your items to the basket
  2. Enter your full delivery address and contact number
  3. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and a tracking number.
You can track your parcel via Australia Post or the designated delivery partner’s website using this tracking number.

Can I update my address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to an order—including delivery address or payment method—once it has been placed.

Depending on when your order was submitted, you may be able to cancel certain items. However, new items cannot be added to an existing order.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided you include proof of purchase.

Please follow the return instructions included in your parcel and send the item to the address provided.

Please note: Items that are used, not in original packaging, or without proof of purchase will not be accepted. Due to hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns on pillows and quilts.

  • If your return meets our policy and is not due to change of mind, we will refund your return postage.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost or delayed in return transit.

Faulty Items

Believe your item is faulty?
Please contact us with details and photos of the issue. Once we receive and assess the item, we’ll determine whether it qualifies as faulty.

Please note: Items that have been misused or not cared for according to the instructions are not eligible for return.

If deemed faulty, you will receive a refund or store credit, and we’ll cover return postage.
Faulty items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
